My name is Nicolas and I'm a French Karate-ka who spent extended periods in Japan training with the greatest Karate sensei of the JKA movement (traditional Shotokan), including Yahara Sensei, Isaka Sensei, Tamang Sensei, Kawasaki Sensei, Maeda Sensei, Shiina Sensei, Naka Sensei, Takahashi Sensei and many others.
I've always practised Karate in the traditional way, learning and respecting all the principles, customs and etiquette of Japanese Budo. For me, Karate is much more than just a sport or a terribly effective method of self-defense, it's an authentic path to spiritual development, a way of life.
Indeed, practicing and studying Karate will help you develop your potential, both physical and mental. And little by little, your body will become stronger and more flexible, and your mind will find a new kind of sharpness, strength and clarity.
But above all, Karate will make you grow spiritually, helping you connect with your true self and find inner peace, happiness and harmony. And through your diligent practice, you'll discover timeless truths about the mysteries of life and the universe.
I'm glad that you're here and I hope you will enjoy my content.
I'm looking forward to see you inside and very excited to share a part of this beautiful journey together!
OSS!
Nicolas
